• Air spring surfaces and installation areas should be free from any kind of oil, diesel oil and chemical solvents
• The air spring system should not have any leaks
• Blown air pressure should not be more than seven bars or 100 psi
• Operating temperature should be between -40°F/-40°C and 158°F/+70°C
• Mounted piston should have plenty of clearance; it should not be in contact with any part on the vehicle
• During installation, the connection bolts on the air spring must not be tightened beyond the required torque
• Vehicle loads must be safe and balanced, not overloaded
• The air spring should be kept clean using water and soap
